NexTech Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Network RF Engineer to design, deploy, and support complex RF communications systems. This senior role leads and mentors, performs interoperability analysis, and ensures high availability across a nationwide footprint.

Responsibilities include configuring Motorola RF equipment, leading maintenance efforts, and developing technical documentation. Candidates should have 5+ years in RF design and hold a security clearance; travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in RF system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of IP networking, LMR, and RF systems.
• Ability to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and manage multi-site RF deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support advanced RF communications systems and infrastructure.
• Lead maintenance across nationwide wireless network systems.
• Configure Motorola RF equipment, including base stations and antennas.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive system improvements.
• Produce as-built diagrams, flowcharts, and system schematics.
