Quantic Electronics in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to lead the design and integration of advanced RF and microwave assemblies for radar, EW, aerospace, and defense applications.

You will guide subsystem architecture, perform modeling and testing, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and win new business.

Competenze

• 7+ years of RF and microwave system design, test, and integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field; Master/PhD preferred.
• Strong understanding of RF architecture, signal integrity across GHz ranges.
• Proficiency with Keysight ADS, HFSS, MATLAB, Altium Designer or equivalents.
• Experience with high-power/low-noise amplifier chains and Tx/Rx systems.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to production and mentor junior staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and leadership.

• Lead end-to-end development of RF and microwave systems from concept to production.
• Architect and design complex RF subsystems including amplifiers, mixers, converters, filters, and transceivers.
• Perform system modeling, simulations, trade studies, and optimizations to meet performance and environmental constraints.
• Drive prototype development, hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and performance verification with RF test equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and technical leads to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and technology strategy based on market needs.
