Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO is seeking an RF Engineering Associate Manager (Level 4) to lead a team delivering space RF hardware. You will guide RF system architecture, manage engineers, and coordinate with senior program and customer leadership to ensure on-time execution.

The role emphasizes hands-on RF design, hardware testing, and coordination with Cost/Schedule performance in a dynamic environment. Onsite work only.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RF fundamentals: S-Parameters, antenna theory, propagation and/or microwave circuit design.
• Technical experience in RF design for space applications including antennas and SDRs.
• Experience translating technical concepts for stakeholders and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs the architecting and designing of RF systems and circuitry.
• Manages recruitment, selection, training, performance and recognition for RF staff.
• Oversees hardware layout, prototyping and test activities for RF hardware.
• Supports lifecycle cost, reliability, availability and maintainability analyses.
