Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior RF Engineer in Colorado to build AESA radar systems across architecture definition, hardware bring-up, and field testing. You will own RF subsystems, drive antenna/RFFE integration, and help mature prototypes into production with a fast interdisciplinary team.

Required: Bachelor's in EE, 8+ years in RF/electronics, beamforming/antenna experience, PCB design (Altium), RF tools (HFSS/ADS), Python/C++, and eligibility for US Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in RF electronics, phased arrays, antennas or radar electronics.
• Experience leading designs of active phased arrays using beamforming in defense/aerospace.
• Deep understanding of RF systems design, testing, and part selection.

Responsibilities

• Design RF analog beamforming AESA subsystems, including T/R modules and RF front-end, from concept to production.Lead cross-domain collaboration across antenna, digital, mechanical, and systems engineering.
• Lead RF characterization, near-field testing, and system-level verification; drive root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior RF engineers on phased array fundamentals, measurements, and design discipline.
