Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex hardware, embedded systems, and products.
• Experience with multi-gigabit SERDES, DDR memory buses, Ethernet MAC/PHY interfaces, FPGAs, and SPI/I2C.
• Experience with microprocessor/microcontroller selection, configuration, and interfacing.
• Experience with high-speed board design, schematic capture, and PCB layout guidance.
• Strong test capability with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, current probes, and spectrum/network analyzers.
• Familiarity with embedded software development (timers, interrupts, peripherals).
• Knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity rules and simulation.
• Proficient with Altium Designer or equivalent; Python for test automation.
• Eligible to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power architectures.
• Develop embedded electronics from concept to functional prototype, from hardware selection to board bring-up.
• Troubleshoot across electrical and software borders using lab equipment and software debugging tools.
• Collaborate with SoCs and networking hardware to build platforms.
• Coordinate with firmware/software teams for processor and peripheral selection and integration.
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver fully functional products.
• Manage multiple projects and customer priorities in a fast-paced environment.
