Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr Manager, RF Design in Portland, OR to lead a team of RF Probe Card Designers in the design, development, and release of advanced RF and high-frequency probe card solutions across wireless, AI, and automotive applications.

You will drive technical and operational excellence, manage design execution, advance methodologies, and grow organizational capability within the RF Design Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience in semiconductor test, RF product development, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional development projects from concept through production release.
• Strong RF, microwave, and high-speed design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production design of RF and microwave probe card solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for complex RF probe card architectures and transmission line structures.
• Drive design standardization, methodology development, and best practices across product families.
• Collaborate with RF/SI, measurement, applications engineering, and product engineering teams.
• Balance design resources to meet delivery, quality, cost, and performance objectives.
• Drive design automation and workflow improvements; develop KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
