Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems seeks a Sr. RF Electrical Design Engineer to join our San Jose, CA office. You will design passive RF subsystems (filters, diplexers, IMUX/OMUX) and active blocks (amplifiers, frequency converters, oscillators) to support a wide range of space applications.

You will collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to meet specifications, document progress, perform analyses, and support production through final delivery. A U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or aerospace engineering or related field; four additional years may substitute for a degree.
• About 5 years of related experience; a master's degree may account for two additional years.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Electrical Design Engineer for RF subsystems.
• Determine applicable specifications for design, development, test, and production activities.
• Provide technical consultation to management and engineering staff.
• Design, document and report progress on assigned projects.
• Provide technical analyses and recommendations.
• Support hardware production during the production phase.
• Prepare briefings and reports on activities and analyses.
• Introduce innovative techniques in RF specialty.
