Job summary

Lanteris Space is seeking a Sr. RF Electrical Design Engineer to join our San Jose, CA office. You will design passive RF solutions (filters, diplexers, IMUX/OMUX) and active RF blocks (amplifiers, frequency converters, oscillators) for a broad range of space applications.

Responsibilities include leading RF subsystem design, specifications, analysis, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver hardware for next‑generation satellites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or aerospace engineering, physics, mathematics or related discipline.
• 5 years of related experience; a masters may account for two additional years.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Electrical Design Engineer for RF subsystems.
• Determine applicable specifications for design, development, test, and production activities.
• Provide technical consultation to management and other engineering personnel.
• Design, document and report on engineering progress on assigned projects.
• Provide technical analysis and recommendations.
• Support production of hardware during the production phase.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and issue reports on activities and analyses.
