Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• RF/microwave product development, including circuit card and subsystem design and testing.
• Manage complex projects with general oversights.
• Determine design approaches and parameters based on specifications and reliability.
• Perform simulations and present design reviews.
• Lead trade studies for technical decisions.
• Conduct design verification testing to validate performance.
• Troubleshoot RF hardware and digital communication systems.
• Mentor and lead early career engineers.
