Job summary

TAD PGS, Inc. is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer to support defense systems involving radar and high-frequency communication.

The role requires a current Active Secret Security Clearance, a strong background in RF and microwave circuit design, and hands-on experience with RF test equipment. The candidate will contribute to the design, analysis, and layout of RF subsystems, work with cross-functional teams, and help ensure mission-critical performance of radar and electronic warfare

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years of RF design experience.
• Experience with RF and Microwave circuit design (VHF through Ka-Band).
• RF PCB design and layout experience.
• RF simulation and modeling expertise.
• Experience with RF test equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.
• Working knowledge of radar systems and RF performance analysis.
