Job summary

Dover Corporation seeks an experienced RF design engineer to join the Microwave Products Group in a team-based engineering environment. You will design, verify, and optimize RF subassemblies, filters, LNAs, and mixers, interfacing with PCB designers and customers to meet stringent specifications.

The role requires independent work on challenging designs, prototype management, and validation across broad RF bands, with frequent collaboration across manufacturing and business development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM plus 10 years of technical experience.
• Experience in RF filter, amplifier design, and frequency conversion.
• Proven ability to design across 0.001–40 GHz with broadband focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and verify RF subassemblies, circuits, modules, and systems.
• Interface with PCB designers to ensure RF performance of layouts.
• Interact with customers to understand and influence specifications.
• Create and manage engineering prototypes; validate designs to failure.
• Respond to RFQ feasibility of electrical and mechanical specs.
