Microwave Products Group (MPG) seeks an experienced RF engineer to design, analyze, and verify RF subassemblies including filters, LNAs, and mixers. You will validate performance, interact with customers, and collaborate with PCB designers to ensure high‑quality RF layouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 10+ years of RF experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability in RF filter and amplifier design, frequency converters, and impedance matching.
• Experience with multiple filter topologies and RF/analog/digital circuits as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze RF subassemblies, circuits, and modules including filters, LNAs, oscillators, and mixers.
• Validate total performance and interface with PCB designers to ensure RF integrity.
• Create prototypes, test with network/spectrum analyzers, and characterize performance to failure.
• Collaborate with customers and production to optimize designs and costs.
