L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY seeks a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineer (RF Design) to lead RF design activities within the Product Support Engineering team. You will mentor junior engineers, diagnose RF/Analog issues, and collaborate across functions to ensure performance aligns with specifications and standards.

The role requires a strong RF background, experience with test and simulation tools (ADS, Matlab, LabVIEW), and the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Competenze

High-level RF knowledge with design and troubleshooting experience.
BS with 7+ years of related experience; MS/PhD preferred for senior levels.
Ability to obtain US security clearance.

Mansioni

Lead RF/Analog investigations and mentor junior engineers.
Diagnose problems to component level with simulations and testing.
Collaborate with RF design teams to eliminate obsolete or long-lead parts.
