L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineer-RF to join the Product Support Engineering team supporting military communication products from pre-release to obsolescence.

You will investigate RF/Analog, digital, and test-related issues, collaborate with design engineering across cross-functional teams, and lead root-cause analyses to ensure a smooth transition into full-rate production. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years RF experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years RF experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of RF experience.
• 4+ years of RF experience.

Responsabilidades

• Mitigate component shortages by qualifying alternatives or redesigning sub-assemblies.
• Lead design and test Improvements to increase yields and quality.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet DFx requirements for volume production.
• Interface with design engineering to introduce new designs into manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot units to the component level and support root-cause analysis.
