Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY is seeking a Specialist, Engineering Services to support design, documentation, testing, and integration of electronic, mechanical and software devices. You will work with development engineers to resolve issues and may lead short-term work plans.

The role requires coordinating with engineering teams, performing validation tests, and contributing to customer acceptance testing or user training. Security clearances may be required for certain assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support design, documentation, requirements management, integration, troubleshooting and/or testing analysis of electronic, mechanical and/or software devices.
• Work with development engineers to support resolutions and apply engineering processes.
• Interface with engineering teams and elevate significant problems to management.
• Build customer intimacy through system/product acceptance testing or hands-on user training.
