Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer in Tucson, AZ. You will design transmitters, receivers, and CCAs for RF/mixed-signal applications, working in a lab to characterize components and verify modules. You will collaborate with power, digital, and mechanical teams on demanding environments.

The role requires a STEM degree and extensive RF experience, with the ability to obtain interim clearance and progress to higher program access. A relocation option is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Experience with RF design, fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with RF product simulation using HFSS, SystemVue/Genesys, or ADS.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of transmitters, receivers or exciters.
• Design of CCAs with RF or mixed signals.
• Lab work for component characterization and module verification.
• Test and handle sensitive RF hardware; schematic capture and RF routing.
