Job summary

Stellant Systems Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking an Active RF Design Engineer to lead design and development of high-performance RF assemblies for aerospace and defense programs.

You will own technical design, guide a multidisciplinary team, and support production and testing across development cycles. Responsibilities include RF circuit design, specifications for power amplifiers, and coordinating with production.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor degree in physics or engineering; masters a plus.
• 6+ years RF/microwave experience typical for senior roles.
• Experience with RF test equipment: network analyzers, power meters, high-speed scopes, etc.
• Experience with space hardware and proposals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detailed design and schematic capture of RF/electronic circuits and product.
• Develop specifications for RF power amplifiers and assemblies.
• Proposal support for existing and future products.
• Design tweaks for active RF products and ensure proper layout of die and bond wires.
