Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Senior RF Engineer to join our engineering team in Camarillo, CA or Concord, NH. You will lead RF circuit design from concept to production, ensuring high-performance, high-frequency systems.

You will use ADS, HFSS, SPICE, and Altium Designer, mentoring juniors and collaborating with mechanical, digital, and manufacturing teams to integrate RF designs into complete systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on RF design, simulation and testing experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS and SIwave.
• Strong understanding of RF principles including impedance matching and EMI/EMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced RF circuits, subsystems, and modules from concept to production.
• Perform detailed simulations using ADS, HFSS, and SPICE to optimize performance and meet specs.
• Translate designs into manufacturable layouts using Altium Designer and collaborate with PCB layout engineers.
