Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related technical field.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, sales, business development, or related function.
• Knowledge of electronic components, RF technologies, or related technical products.
• Experience analyzing data, market trends, or business performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic management and growth of RF electronic components portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop product strategies.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to guide product roadmap decisions.
• Contribute to new product introduction from concept to commercialization.
