Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking an Associate Product Line Manager to drive growth of its RF electronic component portfolio. You will work with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape strategy, identify opportunities, and support development and commercialization of market-leading RF solutions.

The role offers exposure to global markets with up to 25% travel and a path to advanced product leadership within a collaborative, fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, sales, or a related function.
• Knowledge of electronic components, RF technologies, or related technical products.
• Experience analyzing data, market trends, or business performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategic management and growth of a portfolio of RF electronic components and related solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to help guide product roadmap decisions.
• Contribute to new product introduction efforts by partnering with engineering and commercial teams from concept through commercialization.
• Help define compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate solutions in the marketplace.
• Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to understand application requirements and emerging industry trends.
• Enable commercial success by providing product expertise, technical insights, and market intelligence to sales and marketing teams.
• Support product lifecycle decisions through analysis of business performance, market adoption, profitability, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to balance customer demand, inventory strategy, and business objectives.
• Represent the product portfolio through customer engagements, industry events, training activities, and trade shows.
