Qualifications

• B.S. in electrical engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years of antenna design, RF systems, analysis, modeling, and optimization for spacecraft communications.
• Hands-on development, prototyping, and testing of antennas and RF components for aerospace.
• Fundamentals of RF communication system development and RF system modeling/simulation.
• Experience across frequency bands: UHF, L, S, X, Ka.
• Ability to challenge status quo and drive long-term product solutions.
• Excellent verbal communication to influence stakeholders; strong technical writing.
• Commitment to trust, inclusion, and professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage design, development, testing, and qualification of antennas for spacecraft communications.
• Collaborate with Lunar Electrical Systems Group and other product teams to define antenna requirements.
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned antenna system.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and other teams to ensure smooth development.
• Seek opportunities to improve performance, reduce cost, and shorten production cycle times.
