Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate to drive end-to-end data ingestion for the Earnings Engine Platform, translating complex business needs into actionable ingestion strategies and delivery plans. You will partner with engineering, analytics, risk and control stakeholders to publish rewards data and modernize platform capabilities with durable data contracts and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, data platform delivery, or related domain with measurable delivery outcomes
• Own requirements and execution for data integration initiatives, backlog prioritization, and release coordination
• Define data contracts and manage schemas with versioning and change control
• Strong data quality management: controls, validation, reconciliation, issue management
• Clear written/verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated execution discipline from intake to delivery with attention to detail
• Knowledge of data pipeline observability: instrumentation, alerting, readiness reviews

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new and existing systems supporting rewards data publication, from intake through launch
• Advance frameworks for data publication and availability for downstream systems and partners (Audit, Controls)
• Define and maintain data contracts, schema standards, and change management to reduce downstream breakage
• Produce clear product and delivery artifacts (requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes)
• Establish data quality controls, including validation rules and reconciliation workflows
• Define and monitor SLAs/SLOs for data timeliness, completeness, accuracy, availability; drive remediation
• Implement lineage, metadata, and documentation practices across the ingestion lifecycle
• Collaborate with governance, privacy, and risk/compliance for data classification and access controls
• Maintain thorough project/platform-level documentation
• Create narratives for stakeholders on strategy, progress, blockers, feasibility
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, analytics, operations, and controls with Kafka-based ingestion patterns
