Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and execution for a Data Quality & Contracts Platform within the Data & Analytics organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, embedding AI capabilities, and drive customer value through scalable, compliant data solutions.

You will partner with engineering, data governance, AI/ML, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products, measure success with KPIs, and lead end-to-end product lifecycles in a complex, matrixed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
• 3+ years focused on data management, data quality, or contract management platforms.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade products in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap.
• Builds framework and tracks KPIs such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Defines and drives the Data Quality & Contracts Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gathers requirements from stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance.
• Leads end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, improvement.
• Collaborates with engineering, UX, data governance, and data products teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Establishes KPIs and drives data-driven decisions.
• Adapts to evolving business needs and communicates progress to leadership.
