Sword is building AI-powered healthcare solutions and seeks a seasoned revenue cycle operator with deep mental/behavioral health billing expertise. You will own end-to-end processes, improve how revenue is captured, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Commercial, and Operations.

This role emphasizes leveraging AI to streamline billing, reduce manual work, and accelerate cash collections in a fast-paced health tech environment. Startup experience is a plus.

Formación

• Hands-on revenue cycle management experience in mental/behavioral health billing.
• Ability to own end-to-end revenue-cycle processes and drive improvements.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making using Excel/Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Own pre-submission, submission and post-submission workflows across the revenue cycle, driving timely resolution and cash acceleration.
• Lead moderately complex, loosely-scoped problems and deliver solutions aligned to team goals.
• Create SOPs and SLAs to improve efficiency and quality of revenue cycle operations.
• Identify systemic trends in denials and payer behavior and drive durable fixes.
