Ensora Health, a leading provider of software and services for mental health practices, seeks an RCM Specialist II to manage accounts, resolve billing challenges, and drive strong financial outcomes for clinicians and practice owners.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytics, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment, leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline revenue cycle processes and improve client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, account management, or client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing and therapy reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency with billing systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Submit, review, correct, and process denied, rejected, and unpaid claims with accuracy and timely resolution.
• Research and resolve claim issues by identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload based on claim age, complexity, and urgency.
• Own accounts receivable for assigned accounts and monitor performance with analytics.
• Collaborate with clinicians and customers to provide proactive account management and service excellence.
• Identify trends and denials and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
