Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with behavioral health clinics and act as primary contact.
• Monitor billing health and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead onboarding and transitions for software implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues, de-escalate concerns, and coordinate solutions.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to improve outcomes.
• Develop workflows and leverage AI features to boost efficiency.
