Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited seeks a Senior Revit / BIM Designer in Hammond, Indiana to own Revit/BIM modelling for major construction projects. You will develop accurate 3D models to support front-end scoping, estimating and construction planning.

Work closely with estimating, design and project teams to integrate complex façade and curtain wall elements, while developing BIM workflows and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit/BIM modelling experience in construction/architecture
• Ability to lead and mentor drafting/design personnel
• Experience developing 3D models for front-end scoping and estimating

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Revit and BIM modelling to support front-end scoping, estimating and construction planning.
• Collaborate with estimating, design and project teams to integrate complex façade and curtain wall elements.
• Develop and improve BIM workflows, standards, and processes, transitioning from 2D to 3D delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior designers/drafters.
