Ernest Gordon Recruitment seeks a BIM/Digital Construction Designer to advance BIM capabilities on large-scale projects, bridging design, technology, and construction. You will coordinate across teams, integrate BIM workflows, and support digital fabrication processes to improve project execution.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in BIM, digital construction, or 3D modelling within construction or manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks and other CAM tools desirable.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, or related field with understanding of parametric design and construction processes.
• Innovative mindset with strong communication skills and ability to drive adoption of digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support coordination and delivery across major construction projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows and improve project execution.
• Support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including coordination, clash detection, and model validation using tools like Navisworks.
