Job summary

WHOOP in Boston is seeking a Senior Analyst, Reverse Logistics to manage and optimize our reverse logistics network for our global membership base, improving returns efficiency, cost structure, and member experience while partnering with 3PLs and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–4 years in supply chain, logistics, or reverse logistics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to act decisively in a fast-paced startup-like environment. Some relocation to Boston may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business Operations.
• Experience with reverse logistics in a consumer goods environment required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
• Experience embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks with high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own reverse logistics processes across returns, 30-day trial returns, and wholesale returns with scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with 3PLs handling returns processing for efficient disposition of goods.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues affecting returns experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve reverse logistics processes, reduce costs, and increase recovery of usable inventory.
• Analyze returns data to identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support financial reconciliation and reporting of reverse logistics costs to improve gross margins while preserving member experience.
