Figma in San Francisco, NY, and beyond is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Transformation to scale revenue processes and controls. You will partner with RevOps, Business Systems, Billing Engineering, and Product to implement revenue-impacting system changes and new revenue streams, ensuring accurate invoicing and compliant revenue recognition.

Qualifications

4+ years in Revenue Operations, revenue systems, or finance systems.
Strong understanding of SaaS order-to-cash processes incl. ASC 606.
Hands-on with Salesforce and major billing/ERP platforms like Stripe Billing, Zuora, or NetSuite.
Experience defining BRDs and performing UAT for revenue-impacting changes.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, Engineering and Business Systems.

Responsibilities

Design, perform, and review UAT for revenue-impacting system changes and bug fixes.
Draft BRDs for Q2C and revenue-system initiatives.
Support billing and revenue systems including Stripe integration as volumes grow.
Strengthen SOX controls across revenue systems with proper approvals and audit trails.
Assist with integrating new revenue streams and acquisitions into Q2C workflows and data flows.
Use data to validate system behavior and drive continuous improvement of Q2C ecosystem.
