Job summary

WHOOP in Boston is seeking a Senior Revenue Recovery Analyst to own and optimize strategies that protect and recover revenue across the member lifecycle. You will focus on payment recovery, reducing device loss, and preventing scams while maintaining a high-quality member experience.

You will use data to identify sources of revenue leakage, develop and test solutions, and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Membership Services, and Legal to drive measurable improvements in revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments, revenue operations, fraud/risk, or similar field.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex problems into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or other stakeholders.
• Ability to quantify revenue leakage and build compelling business cases for solutions.
• Experience developing or optimizing strategies related to payment recovery, fraud and abuse prevention, loss prevention, or similar revenue-protection programs.
• Ability to balance revenue optimization and risk reduction with the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize strategies that protect and recover revenue across the member lifecycle.
• Improve payment recovery, reduce device loss, and prevent scams and abuse.
• Use data to identify sources of revenue leakage, develop and test solutions, and partner across teams.
• Own key revenue recovery metrics: payment failure-to-success, device loss rate, losses from scams and abuse.
• Build a rigorous testing and measurement framework to evaluate initiatives and optimize performance.
• Assist in incident response for revenue-impacting events and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize initiatives balancing revenue recovery, risk mitigation, operational complexity, and member experience.
