Job summary

Commure is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support the Revenue Growth team for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product. You will present quarterly revenue performance, diagnose fluctuations, and propose actions to improve topline results across customers in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in SaaS ops, strong SQL/Excel data skills, and collaboration with product, engineering and accounts teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in a related field.
• 2-4 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• Deep experience in data analysis with SQL and Excel; Python is a bonus.
• Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement of operational processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations and engineering.
• Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and a proven record of success.
• Novice mentality: willingness to ask questions to fill gaps.
• Comfort in chaos: ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and identify blockers.
• Customer obsession: ensure clients have the cash they need to pay caregivers.
• Experience using Retool and familiarity with GSuite a plus.
• RCM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations on revenue performance and benchmarks.
• Explain revenue deltas by identifying process weaknesses and shifts in payer/procedure ratios.
• Prioritize and implement process fixes to negate revenue drops.
• Craft data-driven recommendations to help customers improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
• Launch ad hoc revenue-generating initiatives across multiple customers.
• Continuously drive process improvements for internal teams and cross-functional partners.
