Job summary

Commure, based in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to drive Revenue‑Cycle Management across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Account Management. You will own critical processes, ensure seamless client onboarding, and deliver measurable business metrics in a high-visibility role.

You will work across teams in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, aligning initiatives to scale operations and optimize revenue workflows while growing with the company’s hyper-growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or in operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field from a top 20 university.
• Advanced in SQL and Python; experience with Retool, API & Web Scraping a bonus.
• Experience driving results as an IC and working with technical teams to drive scalable architecture.
• Ability to drive the entire project management process, ensuring onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics.
• Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
• Comfort in Chaos: autonomous environment, strong prioritization, blockers awareness.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build out scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability
• Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper-growth environment
• Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive and own operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability)
• Be responsible for owning key operational metrics, productivity based on pushing metrics forward, not time
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams
