Job summary

Commure is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support our Revenue Growth team for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product in Mountain View, CA. You will own quarterly revenue presentations, diagnose revenue fluctuations, and propose actions to improve topline performance across multiple customers.

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Account Management and Operations to implement data-driven fixes, prioritize optimizations, and drive cross-functional improvements in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years in consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced SaaS ops.
• Strong data analysis skills: SQL and Excel; Python a plus.
• Experience cross-functionally with sales, ops and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations on revenue performance, benchmarking against the customer's previous RCM vendor.
• Explain revenue deltas by identifying process weaknesses and analyzing shifts in payer and procedure ratios.
• Ruthlessly prioritize and implement process fixes to negate drops in revenue.
• Craft data-driven recommendations to help customers enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth.
• Launch ad hoc revenue-generating initiatives across multiple customers.
• Continuously drive process improvements for both the internal team and cross-functional partners.
