Job summary

Commure is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support the Revenue Growth team for the Revenue Cycle Management product. You will deliver quarterly revenue analyses, identify drivers of fluctuation, and present actionable recommendations to improve topline revenue while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Account Management.

The role requires strong data skills (SQL, Excel) and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL and Excel.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Retool or similar tooling is a plus.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver quarterly revenue performance reviews.
• Analyze revenue fluctuations and identify root causes in payer and procedure ratios.
• Prioritize and implement process fixes to stabilize topline revenue.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and growth.
• Launch ad hoc revenue initiatives across multiple customers.
• Drive continuous process improvements with cross-functional partners.
