Job summary

Juniper Square is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, to own systems, processes, and reporting for the Fund Administration business. You will align Revenue Operations with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, manage CRM health, renewal workflows, forecasting, and cross-functional cadences, and partner with leadership to drive speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM/Business Ops.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion.
• Experience supporting Fund Administration or other complex, services-driven revenue motion.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration with impact on reporting/forecasting.
• Experience owning end-to-end renewal/expansion workflows.
• Forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM operating cadences.
• Strong analytics with Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Looker, or advanced Sheets/Excel.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear processes and engage across teams.
• AI fluency: using Claude or similar tools to orchestrate multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Revenue Operations partner for Fund Administration, aligning priorities across departments.
• Own Salesforce health, data quality, and governance across Fund Administration and RevOps.
• Own end-to-end renewal workflow processes, with clear timelines and actions.
• Manage forecasting for Fund Administration, including pipeline reviews and cadence reporting.
• Design and improve revenue processes (lead routing, opportunity management, territory/quota, expansion deals).
• Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance.
• Set engagement rules between Fund Administration and other departments; handle cross-functional escalations.
