Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Manager, Fund Administration to lead a team delivering fund accounting and reporting for Private Equity, Real Estate, and Real Estate Loan funds. You will oversee a group of fund accountants, shape processes, and partner with clients to ensure accurate financial statements and timely audits across a growing, technology-driven platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, real estate, and related funds.
• 3+ years of people management experience (hiring, coaching, performance management).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Advanced knowledge of waterfall, IRRs, distributions and capital calls.
• Experience with fund-level accounting and complex fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead buildout and governance of fund administration workflows and policies.
• Oversee fund accounting and reporting duties for clients across multiple fund types.
• Interface with clients to deliver an outstanding experience and expert guidance.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of fund accountants.
• Support audits, tax returns, and annual reporting processes.
