DoubleVerify Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Implementation Specialist to support quote-to-cash processes and enable rate application. You will audit data, manage contracts, and drive efficiency across Revenue Strategy and cross-functional teams.

A strong background in Salesforce, CPQ, and analytics is required for success. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, with the starting salary range noted and bonus/equity opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Contract Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Salesforce with campaign Quote and Order management.
• Perform regular data quality QA and clean-up in Salesforce, CPQ, and related systems.
• Lead revenue-impacting projects focused on operational efficiency.
• Maintain contracts database, rates, and MSAs.
• Support system audits for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Create training materials and train users on processes.
• Drive process improvements and handle escalations.
• Ensure contracted rate data correctness in internal systems.
• Gather requirements and test revenue-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Billing, Legal, and others on strategic workflows.
