Job summary

Advantive is seeking an embedded Revenue Operations partner in Tampa, FL to work directly with GMs and leadership. You will own forecast accuracy, visibility, and disciplined execution, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations.

Expect collaboration across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Professional Services. Core responsibilities include building weekly forecasts, dashboards, and executive-ready narratives, plus running scenario analyses and AI-powered reporting to surface

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Revenue Operations or GTM Ops, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting and Excel/financial modeling.
• Experience building executive dashboards used by leadership.
• Strong presentation and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GMs to track BU performance, flag risks/opportunities, and drive execution.
• Build weekly bookings forecast, pipeline analysis, productivity reporting, and dashboards used by GMs.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and decks for weekly operating reviews.
• Run scenario modeling and financial modeling that withstands scrutiny.
• Drive weekly forecast cadence across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product and PS.
• Build KPIs for pipeline health, bookings, conversion, and customer performance.
• Identify process gaps and fix them to improve predictability.
• Support acquisition integrations and strategic initiatives with milestone tracking.
• Use AI to automate recurring reporting, summarize performance, surface trends.
• Build trust with BU leadership and influence without formal authority.
