This senior role partners with firm leadership and practice groups to drive performance and continuous improvement.

You will coach managers, set priorities, and develop controls to optimize realization and cash flow across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years leading billing, collections, revenue operations, or related finance functions in a professional-services environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of law-firm revenue cycle from time entry to reporting.
• Strong knowledge of legal billing requirements, client guidelines, and electronic billing platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage priorities, and deliver consistent service across offices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue-cycle operations including billing, AR, collections, and cash application.
• Provide coaching and establish priorities, service expectations, and accountability.
• Partner with attorneys and leadership to resolve billing and collection issues and improve cash realization.
• Lead Billing & Collections Committee meetings and drive action items to resolution.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce revenue-cycle policies, controls, and documentation standards.
• Use data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for performance improvements.
