You will mentor the Revenue Operations team, maintain client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and support efficient cash conversion while safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Minimum five years of cumulative professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue lifecycle for a group of matters, ensuring compliance and timely billing.
• Coordinate with billing attorneys and stakeholders on WIP and AR to optimize inventory days.
• Ensure processes comply with VAT, SRA Accounts Rules, and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Mentor Revenue Operations team members to deliver high-quality, timely service.
• Advise on write-offs with a clear business rationale.
