Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Coordinator – Revenue Operations to join the San Diego office. You will oversee the revenue lifecycle for matters, engage with billing attorneys and staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering strategic, commercially focused solutions.

The role emphasizes mentoring team members, optimizing WIP to cash, and protecting sensitive information within a hybrid in‑office model in San Diego.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of accounting experience.
• Minimum of five years of cumulative professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing the revenue lifecycle for a group of billing attorneys or matters, ensuring compliance with applicable court requirements and filing deadlines.
• Establishing frequent communication with billing attorneys, attorney support, and other stakeholders to discuss work‑in‑progress and accounts receivable, determine courses of action.
• Ensuring compliance of all processes and systems with VAT, Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, and AML regulations, while identifying risk.
• Mentoring Revenue Operations team members to deliver high‑quality, punctual service.
• Promoting best practice for matter maintenance to convert WIP to cash and manage write‑offs with clear business rationale.
• Protecting confidential, privileged, and proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains.
