RSA Security is seeking a strategic Senior Revenue Operations Manager to elevate forecasting, pipeline management, compensation design, and data governance across Sales and Finance. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape scalable processes and trusted data for informed decision-making.

The role emphasizes optimizing Salesforce, revenue tooling, and analytics to drive efficiency and seller productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations with progressive responsibility.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with opportunities, dashboards, reporting, data governance, and process improvement.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and MEDDPICC methodology.
• Strong analytical and BI skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience partnering with Sales Leadership, Finance, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarter‑end execution with Sales Leadership.
• Own Salesforce Ops, dashboards, automation, and data governance.
• Design compensation planning, quotas, territories, and annual planning with Finance.
• Maintain dashboards for bookings, forecasts, renewals, and attainment.
• Work on revenue tech—Gong, CRM tools, and AI-driven productivity.
