Qualifications

• Ability to learn detailed, complex processes quickly and function independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and implements operational improvement concepts that generate measurable benefits across the organization.
• Assist in developing reporting and metrics to measure performance of processes.
• Support all solutions for business critical operational or technology issues including root cause analysis and cross‑business impact.
• Mine data from primary and secondary sources using complex joins across datasets.
• Use project management to drive tasks, including application changes and upgrades.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and track workload to completion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and maintain strong internal/external relationships.
• Understand end-to-end fee process including setup, maintenance, fee calculations and collections.
