Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support financial performance and strategic initiatives. You will build forecast models, analyze data, and prepare monthly forecasts while partnering with Finance Managers and LOB teams to drive insights and accountability.

The role requires 3+ years of analytical Finance experience, a Finance-related degree, and proficiency with Excel and analytics tools. Hybrid work is offered with in-office presence preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications (CPA/CFA) preferred for progression.
• Experience analyzing financial performance and supporting forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance driver-based forecast models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analyses, highlighting key trends.
• Translate macro trends into financial impact and opportunities.
• Support profitability analysis across client segments and product lines.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track progress against goals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and LOB teams for alignment.
• Contribute to close processes and monthly reviews; create discussion materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate tasks.
