Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Accountant for the Corporate Reconciliation function in Brooklyn, OH. You will perform complex reconciliations, analyze exceptions, and support process improvements while coordinating with multiple lines of business to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include regulatory reporting reviews, training, and documentation of procedures, with emphasis on internal controls and risk mitigation. Hybrid work model with in-office emphasis is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years accounting or finance audit experience required.
• 1+ year project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliations, fundings or settlements.
• Resolve complex reconciliation exceptions and manage stale reports.
• Prepare and complete secondary review for regulatory reporting.
• Lead training sessions for new processes and document procedures.
• Support audits by understanding risks and controls.
