Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Management to lead revenue planning across regions and segments. You will translate enterprise objectives into actionable forecasts, pricing recommendations, and performance routines, partnering with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Data Science teams.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will manage a team of Regional Revenue Planning Managers and drive strategic initiatives with strong analytical rigor and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related field required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or forecasting.
• 3-5 years of people leadership experience managing managers or senior contributors.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of regional revenue planning strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for assigned regions.
• Analyze revenue performance, market dynamics, customer behavior, and demand patterns.
• Oversee revenue optimization initiatives including pricing, demand management, and portfolio optimization.
• Ensure dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and business reviews drive performance.
