Signature Aviation seeks a Senior Distribution Strategy Manager to lead global channel strategy, optimize partnerships, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Digital, Guest Experience, Operations, Finance and Business Development to align data-driven decisions with profitability goals.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong negotiation and financial modeling, and the ability to influence stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategic planning or distribution strategy within aviation, travel, or hospitality.
Ability to communicate complex business models and long-term implications.
Strong analytical skills and collaboration with SMEs across functions.
Proven leadership, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy aligned with commercial growth.
Identify opportunities to expand distribution channels and partnerships.
Assess channel performance and justify investments or rationalization.
Lead relationships with distribution partners and aviation marketplaces.
Negotiate commercial agreements with Business Development partners.
Build reporting frameworks to monitor channel performance and CAC.
Create financial models supporting new distribution initiatives.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure consistent customer journeys across direct and partner channels.
