Job summary

Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Intelligence, to drive data-driven decisions across Sales and Customer Relations. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, build forecasting capabilities, and support performance optimization with scalable analytics.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and retention, develop dashboards, and improve data quality and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or revenue operations.
• Experience with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/reporting tool (SQL/Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, customer, operational, and revenue data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for revenue growth, retention, and business performance improvement.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to uncover drivers of revenue performance and customer retention.
• Analyze sales pipeline, conversion trends, customer behavior, and contact center effectiveness to support optimization.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, scenario analysis, and performance measurement across Sales and Customer Relations.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards that provide visibility into key metrics and outcomes.
• Partner with Revenue Intelligence leaders to answer critical business questions and evaluate opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable insights that influence business decisions and drive improvement.
• Support scalable reporting, forecasting, automation, and BI capabilities.
