Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. You will develop scalable analytics, data models, reporting solutions, and automated processes to improve sales performance, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Analysis & Insights, you will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, BI, and IT, translating complex business needs into reliable analytical solutions with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, BI or related analytics role.
Advanced SQL skills with complex queries, multiple tables, CTEs, window functions, large datasets.
Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms and data modeling.
Experience with dbt or similar data transformation framework.
Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, semantic models, dashboards, executive reporting.
Experience building automated workflows using Power Automate or similar tools.
Experience working with Salesforce data and CRM concepts (accounts, opportunities, pipeline, ownership).
Strong understanding of sales performance concepts: revenue, forecasting, targets, attainment, productivity, account management.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable data models supporting Revenue Operations priorities.
Write, optimize SQL transformations and dbt models for reporting and processes.
Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports.
Own analytical solutions from requirements through deployment and support.
Develop Sales KPIs and performance frameworks related to revenue and pipeline.
Support forecasting, budgeting, pipeline analysis, and commercial planning.
Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to translate questions into analyses.
Create automated reporting/workflow solutions using Power Automate and Salesforce.
Maintain data quality through validation, reconciliation and monitoring.
Partner with BI, Data Eng and IT on architecture, governance, and analytics standards.
